The Lifestyle Warrior protocol is a 12-week intensive transformation program that provides you with all the necessary information, secrets and physical and mental exercises needed to overhaul and reinvent your mind, body and life. This is a premium course that comes with 1 on 1 weekly coaching and guidance from your personal instructor to help you overcome obstacles and specifically modify the program to suit your exact needs.
In this program you will learn exactly what is holding you back from achieving everything you've ever wanted in life and what to do about it. You will learn how to eliminate your self-doubt and replace it with unshakeable confidence. You will learn the exact exercises you need to do to build a strong physique that is biologically and evolutionarily proven to be attractive and desirable to women. You will learn the problem with modern nutrition and the exact foods to eat and which to avoid to fuel yourself optimally. You will learn how to turn your body into a goal crushing machine that performs exactly how you want it to. Finally, you will learn how to identify the specifics character traits that are hindering your growth and which exact traits you need to replace them with to become the man you have always desired to be.
This program is tough. The protocol is hard. The mental exercises will stretch you and push you to become better. As your coach I will expect a lot, push you and hold you accountable. It's not for everyone and there is only a limited number of men I take on at one time.
